Super helpful - I've never planned a summer out with that much purpose and had no idea how to do it. But without planning you just fill it with work, and then other things pile on to ensure most things are un-completed and feel hectic (whereafter my default was self-kindness, but that's a very reactive approach).
Though I do still have some of those pesky projects or first-time things for which estimating time requirements is notoriously hard...
